AnnFORDPeacefully on May 9th at Highfields Care Home, Ann aged 85 passed away.

Beloved wife of the late James (Jimmy), much loved mam, sister, nanna, great nanna, mother in law & sister in law.

The funeral service will take place at Stockton Crematorium, Maplewood Chapel, on Friday 30th May at 12:00.

No Flowers please, any donations will be gratefully received to Dementia UK.
